SHIPPING
After you have bought one of our products we will send you an email confirming your order. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with a tracking number that you will be able to track. We have listed our providers tracking pages in our shipping information
If you have an inquiry concerning your product you can use the contact form here or write an email via support@odysee-official.com. Please include your order number and your name and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We ship internationally and are generally able to ship to almost all countries. To make sure if we ship to your country you may visit our shipping information page. You will also find information on duty thresholds here.
We do not offer exchanges. However, you may return items up to 14 days after the day you received them.
If you wish to return an item send us an email with your order number and the items you would like to return and we will get back to you shortly to process your return. Please do not remove any tags and keep in mind that the product has to be in the same condition as it was received. Any return costs are the customer’s responsibility, these costs may vary depending on location. Once the product has arrived in our warehouse we will provide a full refund for the returned item.
Also, please keep in mind that some items such as underwear and bodysuits are not eligible for a return due to hygenic reasons.

If you are shipping to a country in the EU:
All packages entering the EU are usually subject to import tax. The exact amount varies depending on the country. However, at Odysee Official, we have arranged with our international mail providers to cover these fees on behalf of our customers, so you will not see any unexpected charges upon delivery.
If you are shipping to a country outside of the EU:
Odysee packages are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong and you may therefore be charged tax and duty fees when the parcel arrives in your country. These charges vary depending on your location and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Whether you incur these additional fees will depend on the total cost of your order and the threshold differs per country.

PAYMENT
We offer you the choice between conventional credit card transactions and many common quick pay options such as Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.
When you picked an item that you would like to order, you will see an option to fill out your discount code in your Cart. Just input it there and it will automatically subtract it off your total cost.

SIZING
Since we have customers from all around the world, we feature various different size conversions, in order to make it as easy as possible for our customers to understand the exact sizing of the items.

ORDER INFO
Sure, we offer all our customers the option to buy items as a guest. We wont save your data for future purchases but we will keep the basic data while we process your order.
After your order is completed we remove your data.

If you want to access your order history, login into your account and navigate to the orders button. From here you will now be able to see a list of all orders you placed with us on Odysee.
You are able to see your order number and view your order status.
