      Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:<\/p>

      A. Cancellation policy<\/u><\/b><\/p>

      Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal
      You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
      The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.<\/p>

      In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Odysee GmbH, e-mail: support@odysee-official.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. Please include your order number!<\/strong>
      To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.<\/p>

      Consequences of revocation<\/u>
      If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
      You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
      You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/strong>
      You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>

      General information<\/u>
      1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
      2) Please do not send the goods back to us with unpaid freight, Logistic costs are carried by the client, not us.
      3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>

      Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszu\u00fcben, m\u00fcssen Sie uns (Odysee GmbH, E-Mail: support@odysee-official.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erkl\u00e4rung (z. B. eine E-Mail) \u00fcber Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie k\u00f6nnen daf\u00fcr das beigef\u00fcgte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Bitte geben sie dabei ihre Bestellnummer an!<\/strong>
      Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung \u00fcber die Aus\u00fcbung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.<\/p>\n

      Folgen des Widerrufs
      <\/u>Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschlie\u00dflich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zus\u00e4tzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, g\u00fcnstigste Standardlieferung gew\u00e4hlt haben), unverz\u00fcglich und sp\u00e4testens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zur\u00fcckzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung \u00fcber Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. F\u00fcr diese R\u00fcckzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der urspr\u00fcnglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdr\u00fccklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser R\u00fcckzahlung Entgelte berechnet.       Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der R\u00fccksendung der Waren.<\/strong>
      Sie m\u00fcssen f\u00fcr einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Pr\u00fcfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist.<\/p>\n

      Allgemeine Hinweise
      <\/u>1) Bitte vermeiden Sie Besch\u00e4digungen und Verunreinigungen der Ware. Senden Sie die Ware bitte in Originalverpackung mit s\u00e4mtlichem Zubeh\u00f6r und mit allen Verpackungsbestandteilen an uns zur\u00fcck. Verwenden Sie ggf. eine sch\u00fctzende Umverpackung. Wenn Sie die Originalverpackung nicht mehr besitzen, sorgen Sie bitte mit einer geeigneten Verpackung f\u00fcr einen ausreichenden Schutz vor Transportsch\u00e4den.
      2) Senden Sie die Ware bitte nicht unfrei an uns zur\u00fcck.
      3) Bitte beachten Sie, dass die vorgenannten Ziffern 1-2 nicht Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die wirksame Aus\u00fcbung des Widerrufsrechts sind.<\/p>
